Terms of Service

Service calls and pricing

Our service-call fee is $89 during office hours and $169 for nights, weekends, and holidays. It covers the trip and diagnosis, and is credited toward the repair if you approve the repair during the same visit. A travel fee may apply outside our core service area. We give you a written price before any work starts. Repair prices are the same throughout our service area.

Online estimates

Price ranges shown by our online estimate tool are estimates, not offers or contracts. Your final price is set in writing after an in-home visit, including a load calculation, and may differ based on your home, ductwork, access, electrical needs, and equipment selected.

Memberships

• Plans: General Admission ($12/month or $129/year); Front Row ($19/month or $209/year); All-Access ($29/month or $319/year). Each additional system is $10/month. What each plan includes is listed on our Memberships page.
• Billing: Monthly plans are billed automatically each month to the payment method you provide until you cancel. Annual plans are billed once per year; we will remind you before an annual plan renews.
• Canceling: Cancel anytime by phone, email, or in person. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future billing; payments already made are not refunded except as required by law.
• What memberships are: Memberships cover scheduled maintenance visits and the discounts and fee waivers listed. They are not insurance, a warranty, or a service contract, and they do not cover the cost of parts or repairs beyond the stated discounts.
• Scheduling: Members are scheduled ahead of non-members for the next available opening. We do not guarantee same-day service.
• Transfers: A membership can be transferred to the next owner if you sell your home.
• Changes: We will give members at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

Specials are valid through the end date shown, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and have no cash value.
