About us
A Tucson family business since 1998.
For more than 28 years, Air-O-Smith has kept Tucson homes and businesses comfortable, mostly by word of mouth from customers who keep calling us back.
Our story
Air-O-Smith Heating & Cooling was founded in 1998 and has served the Tucson area ever since. We're a small team of installers and service technicians, and today the owner's grandson works right alongside the crew as a service tech.
We've grown the old-fashioned way: by doing good work, charging fair prices, and treating every home like it belongs to one of our own. Most of our customers found us because a neighbor, friend, or builder recommended us.
What we believe
- Tell customers the truth, even when it's not the most profitable answer
- Explain problems in plain English and give real options
- Show up when we say we will
- Do the job right the first time
