Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Call 520-790-6310 any time, day or night, including weekends and holidays.
How much is a service call?
$89 during office hours, or $169 for nights, weekends, and holidays. It covers the trip and diagnosis, and it is credited toward your repair if you approve it the same visit. You get a written price before any work starts. Front Row and All-Access members pay no service-call fee.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Not in our core area. Farther areas have a small travel fee: $35 for Oro Valley, Rancho Vistoso, Marana, Dove Mountain, Vail, Sahuarita, and $59 for Green Valley, SaddleBrooke / Catalina, far west. Repair prices are the same everywhere. All-Access members never pay a travel fee.

Are you licensed?
Yes. We hold Arizona ROC licenses 138207 (residential) and 150548 (commercial). You can verify them at roc.az.gov.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
It depends on the age of the system, the cost of the repair, and how well it has been keeping up. We walk you through it honestly and let you decide.
How often should my system be serviced?
Once a year at minimum. In Tucson, spring is the best time for an AC tune-up, before the summer heat and monsoon dust. Heat pumps benefit from a second check in the fall.
Do you offer maintenance memberships?
Yes. We have three plans: General Admission, Front Row, and All-Access. They include yearly tune-ups, waived or reduced service-call fees, repair discounts, and members-first scheduling. Month to month, cancel anytime. See the Memberships page for details.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Our own installers and technicians do the work.
What brands do you install?
We install Trane, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Lennox, and many more brands, and we service all major brands.
Do you work with builders and commercial customers?
Yes. We are licensed for both residential and commercial work, and we bid new construction projects from plans.
